Had an awesome morning sunrise ride up Mt Tam. Was my first time on a mtn bike and Paul had everything dialed in perfectly. Showed us the route, ensured we had the right equipment, and even made fresh coffee for us while we watched the sunrise! 10/10 experience, I’ll be using West Coast in Motion again soon!

I’ve been following West Coast in Motion for several months. At first I was intrigued by the consistency and duration of the tours, but very soon found that I was more motivated in my own work outs. I work out more consistently and have increased my effort as well as my distance. I attribute this to being inspired by West Coast in Motion, thank you WCM!!!

Paul and the WCM team are the best. Their tours are worth every penny!
